This evening I am thinking of my friends in Sendai. I worked for JLGC in Whitehall from 1991-1995 – working for Mr Yokota and Mr Suganuma – my close friends included Mr Miyakoshi, and Mr Suzuki (both from Sendai local government). Please pass on my thoughts to the local government office in Sendai. It makes me very sad.
