CLAIR Best Practices

CLAIR supports local governments by contributing to their international strategies and helping them raise their profile and build relationships with cities overseas. To this end, CLAIR has compiled a collection of Best Practices, showcasing innovative policies developed by local governments to address challenges facing Japan at a national level. Through sharing these examples, CLAIR aims to encourage collaboration and strengthen relationships with local governments around the world.

The 2022 case studies and archives of previous years can be viewed on the CLAIR website.
