Privacy Policy for residents of the EEA

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how Japan Local Government Centre (Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (CLAIR), London branch) (“we”, “us” and “our”) will process as a data controller the personal data of the users of our websites and the participants of our programme and other events (“you” and “your”) who reside in the European Economic Area (the “EEA”) and the measures and processes we have put in place to ensure its adequate protection. Providing such information is one of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

This Policy does not form any contractual relationship between you and us, and we may amend it from time to time.

本プライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）は、一般財団法人自治体国際化協会（CLAIR）ロンドン事務所（Japan Local Government Centre（Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (CLAIR), London branch））（以下、「当方」といいます。）が、データ管理者として、当方のウェブサイトの利用者および当方のプログラムやその他のイベントの参加者（以下、「利用者」といいます。）であって、欧州経済領域（以下、「EEA」といいます。）に居住する方の個人データをどのように取り扱うか、またそれを適切に保護するために当方が講じた措置とプロセスについて定めるものです。
