Published in English as well as Japanese, the document is aimed at making Tokyo\u2019s environmental policy easier to understand and bring it closer to the public. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to new initiatives to realise a \u201cZero Emission Tokyo\u201d by around 2050, &#8216;Creating a Sustainable City&#8217; introduces the policy targets and measures of various areas of environmental policy.
