Fukuoka aims to become Japan\u2019s leading \u2018Start Up City\u2019 and the delegation was the second to London since its signing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jlgc.org.uk\/en\/economic-activities\/startup-city-fukuoka\/\">Memorandum of Understanding with Tech City<\/a>.
