愛媛(内子の街並み)[Information from Ehime Prefecture]

The Once in a Lifetime Cycling Journey!

The 1,000 km Long Shikoku Circuit Route has Begun Accepting Overseas Entry!

The spiritual island of Shikoku holds 1,200 years of history of pilgrimage culture. Shikoku is surrounded by the ocean on all four sides, and you can experience the endless green of mountains and see beautiful clear streams as you travel through its lands. Its bountiful nature is one that can heal the heart.

We have just opened up international participation in our “Challenge 1,000 km Project,” which has participants cycle around all of Shikoku.

Should you choose to participate in the event, you will receive an original cycling jersey and challenge pass. If you complete the challenge within three years after signing up, you will receive a certificate for your completion and a medal. Please see the website for more specific details.

Full details of the project and how to register for the event can be found HERE (link to prefecture website).
